Quantitative and Qualitative Glycosylation Characterization

Glycan Connections, LLC has a repertoire of tools available to provide carbohydrate analytical services.  We can provide liquid chromatography of fluorescent derivatized glycans as a screen or quantitative tool for glycosylation analysis.

We also provide detailed structural analysis via sequential mass spectrometry (MSn).

We can work with various types of glycoconjugates, including N-linked, O-linked glycoproteins, glycolipids, glycosaminoglycans, or other types of complex carbohydrates.

The particular combination of analytical techniques or approach can be tailored to each client’s needs.

We are particularly focused on (and seek) collaborative subcontracts where we can provide a comprehensive glycan sequencing technology not found elsewhere, nationally or internationally. Such structural details include the stereo and structural isomers of glycan linkage and branching that is common to carbohydrate oligomers and their conjugates of lipids and proteins.
